Hi! I’m Tricia. I’m a coffee-drinking, dog-loving, health and fitness junkie with tons of advice and knowledge to spread. Helping others discover a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is my greatest joy in life.

I am currently a CrossFit coach and personal trainer living in Georgia with my black Lab, Tucker, and my husband, Shawn.

I grew up active, loving all sportssoccer, swimming, biking, roller-skating, horseback riding, hiking—you name it. I played soccer competitively growing up, and that drive to achieve my best has never really left me. That’s why I have competed in CrossFit for the past 5 years. I have also run a half marathon and a full marathon and am currently considering training for a triathlon.

Aside from getting a workout in and out of the gym, I love a good Netflix binge or movie night. Some favorite shows include Grey’s Anatomy, Lost, Game of Thrones, Big Brother (my husband and I are recently obsessed), The Bachelor and all of its spinoffs (LOL, but seriously), Vikings, Empire, Handmaid’s Tale—I could go on but I’m starting to sound like I have no life (I might not).

I love cooking, so meal prepping for me has never been an issue, but I have lots of tips and tricks to help you cut back on your prep time and still make delicious, healthy meals. My diet consists mainly of lean meats and proteins, whole grains, fruits, veggies, and COFFEE. However, I am a HUGE sweets lover. I eat clean and track my meals throughout the week so that I can enjoy a treat here or there. I am not a fan of depriving yourself of the things you love. There is no such thing as a “bad food” as long as it’s consumed in moderation.

I am starting this blog to share the things that I have learned over the years about healthy eating and exercise. Check this site regularly to find fast, efficient workouts; simple, satisfying recipes of all types; tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle despite your hectic schedule, as well as daily happenings, favorites, and adventures going on in my life.

Enjoy and feel free to comment with questions or thoughts on what you’d like to hear about!

Thanks for reading,

Trish
