MEET YOUR COACH
Hi! I’m Tricia. I’m a health and fitness junkie with tons of advice and knowledge to spread. I've been a (NASM) personal trainer for 12 years now. I've also coached group fitness and I'm a current Level 2 CrossFit coach. I've worked in gyms all over the country, and I've trained hundreds of people of all ages and ability levels. Helping others discover a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is my greatest joy in life.
I'm a personal trainer living in Castle Rock, Colorado with my son, Patrick (2), my black Lab, Tucker, and my husband, Shawn. We fell in love with Colorado in 2019 while living in Denver for one of Shawn's work projects. After spending the summer hiking in the mountains, it became our dream to move here to raise our family. We made that dream come true in March of 2024 by purchasing our home in Castle Rock.
I grew up active, loving all sports—soccer, swimming, biking, roller-skating, horseback riding, hiking—you name it. I played soccer competitively growing up, and that drive to achieve my best has never really left me. I found CrossFit in 2014 and dove HARD into the competitive world of that sport, making it to regionals twice and participating in numerous other local and national competitions. I also dabbled in distance running, competing in a few half marathons as well as a full marathon.
I love cooking, so meal prepping for me has never been an issue, but I have lots of tips and tricks to help you cut back on your prep time and still make delicious, healthy meals. My diet consists mainly of lean meats and proteins, whole grains, fruits, and veggies. However, I am a HUGE sweets lover. I eat clean and track my meals throughout the week so that I can enjoy a treat here or there. I'm not a fan of depriving yourself of the things you love. There is no such thing as a “bad food” as long as it’s consumed in moderation.

Beyond all that, I'm a mom! It took us a couple years and a couple rounds of IVF to get to that point (check out my blog!), and Patrick is our little miracle. He actually inspired me to get my most recent certification in pregnancy and postpartum training! That being said, I know how hard it can be to balance catering to your family while also remembering to care for yourself. BUT, understanding the importance of long term health and how exercise coupled with good nutrition are pivotal in that pursuit, I will always strive to set aside the time to care for my body. I would love nothing more than to share with you my tips and tricks for living a healthy lifestyle despite the demands of a busy schedule!
